We add value to the definition and execution of management development plans in organizations, to the activities and roles of Corporate Universities, Business Schools or Academies.

For the execution of different programs, we involve experienced managers within the organization, senior managers from different companies, as well as professional guest speakers (Insead, Ashridge, Vlerick School, Nyenrode). In most cases, we look after the coordination of the complete program as program-manager.
